Real Estate Attorney for Issues With Purchase in Cleveland

Anyone know of a good and knowledgeable real estate attorney in Cleveland? I've got a 5 unit I'm closing on just outside of downtown near Slyman's Deli. It turns out there's no "lead certificate" and no "certificate of occupancy." I want to get rental registration numbers to, obviously, rent these units out legally. It's my understanding that many folks don't bother with the rental registration, but I don't want to run that risk. Also, title listed the property as a 4-unit with only 1 structure, but it's actually a 5 unit with 2 structures, which is another thing that has me concerned. I'm worried that I may never get a certificate of occupancy if, for example, something is not up to code or was built without a permit. There's also some work the needs to be done for me to get the lead cert. Thinking about walking from the deal. Am I overthinking this? Or should I really be concerned?

@James Wise  Maybe Jim is feeling charitable and will help you on this with how to proceed.

The answer to all of these questions is pretty open ended and contingent upon a whole ton of factors not explained in this thread. Chad I can analyze the deal and situation for you after gathering a lot of additional info from you, but charity ain't my jam, so there would be a charge for my time. So you'd need to move this inquiry over to the Classifieds section to discuss the matter further.
