House hack/multifamily opportunities

Hey all, 

I've bought and sold a few properties in the last few years, but I'm relatively new to the whole investment property and multifamily aspect of real estate. I'm looking to flex my VA loan a bit and kickstart my journey a little more. If anyone has any good multifamily opportunities in southern NH, I could be interested. Also open to seller financing and anything else. Hope all is well!
