How can I best market to rental investors?

Monica Fields

This beautiful property has been on the market since last year. We are priced well and I fear since we started out with the price too high now we have been lost in the masses. The biggest feedback I’ve received about the property is proximity to a road from the backyard. Ir could be a great rental opportunity but how do I market it and sell it after it’s been sitting for so long?

That price point given what market rent for that property likely would be, is not an investment grade property.  (Price is too high and rent is too low).  If you want top dollar, I would continue to focus on primary residence buyers.  I have a house not far from there in the same situation, the market rents are too low for the price I want so we don't even market to investors unless they want to purchase on terms or something like that.  Just my 10 cents.
