I crosslist AI/ML (Chatgpt, Claude, etc) and other AI models with Bigger Pockets and Reddit to find what I'm looking for — the following prompt gave me some great results for my area but would love to know any metro Atlanta (Marietta, Cumming, Canton, Duluth, etc) I'm looking to buy split level homes or small multifamilies 4 unit but may be able to flex up for the right deal. I want to specialize in MTRs. Any recommendations?
