I need some advice from experienced investors. I've been having some trouble in the current market I'm investing in, having my agent be able to tour homes without my offering for the property first. I hate this because I don't want to offer, sight unseen. I don't want to lock up my ability to be able to offer for something else that I have seen in the meantime while I deal with the sight unseen property agent. What do you do? Do you offer for those properties so you can see them? Or do you stay away from them? Thanks for any experience you might want to share with me.
