Looking for Local Investor Meetups – Rookie Eager to Learn

Hi everyone,

I’m new to real estate investing and currently in the learning stage. I’ve been listening, reading, and soaking up as much information as I can, but I’d really like to start connecting with other investors in person.

I’m looking for local real estate investor meetup groups in my area of Murrells Inlet, SC (or nearby) that welcome beginners. I’d love the chance to join, learn, and network with others who are further along in their investing journey.

If anyone here is part of a group or knows of one that’s open to new investors, I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations. My goal right now is to learn from those with experience and start building relationships in the investing community.
