Hello everyone, I just moved back to NJ from CA and have been looking to invest. I am interested in Newark and possibilities for buy and holds. I anticipate moderate gentrification of the area, but am not sure on the timeline. If anyone is currently investing in Newark I would appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance.
