Hi everyone I'm looking to fix and flip single families homes   starting @ 50K-100K purchase price in Union County, New Jersey C Class areas. I currently have my team realtor, lawyer, contractor, & Im still looking for accountant if someone could recommend one that would be great. I'm also looking for Private Money Lending that works with new investors.
