LLC with foreign national member to do real estate investments

Hi all, 

My brother lives in Bangladesh and I am a green card holder in the United States. I am have been looking to get started on a real estate rental or fix and rent with my brother's help on the down payment.

I had just applied for a Delaware LLC with my brother as a member. I was wondering if anyone knows the process of purchasing a property with an LLC and the logistics of my brother sending money for the real estate investments.
