BRRRR Partnerships and Leads
I am interested in any leads there might be on BRRRR partnerships. I would like to mainly focus in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Texas, and Missouri. Ideally, I would hope to build a team where the partner/agent would find deals. I would bring the capital to purchase the property. Partner/agent would complete all renovations with a team covering all gap funding to get the property renovated and a tenant in the property. Refinance the property and allow it to cash flow at least $300/month. While splitting any profits. Do deals like this exist? Thanks.
