looking for an owner who may be deceased

So I am trying to acquire a property out of state, home is being foreclosed and when I look up the owners info on google most of the stuff that pops up is obituary related. Listing states that it is occupied but the info I have gathered seems correct for the owner passing away. How should I go about this.

I'd try and contact the children (their names would be listed in the obituary) to find out who has been named in charge of administering the estate of the deceased.
