Does anyone have any experience dealing with co-ops?
Does anyone have any experience dealing with co-ops? We received a lead through probate from a seller with an inherited property that's in a co-op and needs to sell fast. We're going to check it out tomorrow. From what I understand, there is no "real property" here. It's just the shares that were purchased. How can an investor help in this situation? I'm in South Florida.
