Canadian have been investing in U.S. real estate and vacation properties for decades. Where are the opportunities in 2020?  In search of an answer, I read two articles that I thought might be of interest to you too.

1. "18 Best Places to Buy Rental Properties in 2020" in the USA.

2. Zillow published an article on the housing markets that are most likely to outperform in 2020 on Jan 1, 2020.
