Hi BP group! Looking for a solid calculator to analyze multifamily deals. Please let me know if you are aware of a resource or one for purchase. Would be great if something was geared toward joint venture deals as well. Thanks! Dave
There are a number out there that are good. You can check out Synthesis, Michael Blank's calculator, or the free one offered by Joe Fairless here. Another option would be the Jake and Gino Deal Analyzer here.
You could also develop your own if you have decent excel skills.
