Interested in buying an investment property in Austin TX
We are interested in buying an investment property with good rental income. Austin seems to be the next hotspot. If I want to buy a rental property in Austin where do I start? I currently live in Oregon.

Does anyone else think the Austin market is overrated and/or inflated? I have been looking at Real Estate prices there and they are outrageous. They are near comparable to Southern CA and South FL. For me, if I am going to be spending that amount of money, I would rather be by water, more variety, and/or closer to the beach. The prices just seem to be rising too.
