Reviewing the Reno Market
I have been interested in the Reno, NV market for a house hack as I am relocating to there for work. Looking around Reno all the houses appear to be in the 300K range while anything lower is a manufactured home which I am not interested in. I was surprised to find this price pretty consistent regardless of the area. While this is technically within my budget I was hoping to start a little smaller to get my feet wet.
I was wondering if anyone had some tips to how I should go about my search? Or if anyone native to Reno knew little more about the areas I should be looking.
All help would be greatly appreciated, looking to attempt my first real estate deal!

Hi Roy. Let's connect. Reno is rad, but anywhere that you can find a house for $300k may be a place you want to think twice. The average home prices these days in Reno are about $450-$500k. That's not to say $300k isn't possible, but if you're from out of town, and looking for a move-in ready place, you should really know what you're getting yourself into.
