Condo in Fairland Silver Spring, MD

Hi Fellow Investors,

I am kind of a newbie and I am trying to buy my first rental property. The property I am interested in is a condo located in Silver Spring (Fairland neighborhood). Does anybody know this area? If yes, do you recommend investing there?
