Carrot websites for Real estate investing? Pros & cons?

What are the pros and cons of using Carrot websites for real estate investing? Any feedback is appreciated.

They look great but I am not sure how well it will do unless you are paying for SEO.  I will say, I had a Carrot landing page and within my first few weeks, I did get a solid lead that turned into about $10k.  After that no real solid activity.

Hey Brad, Carrot sites are great because you can literally have a full fledge website up and running within 10 minutes. Like no joke. I have a video showing it start to finish. I'll link it below.

The best thing about Carrot websites is they take the headache out of the equation. You don't have to figure out web hosting, installing wordpress, building forms, picking a theme, writing initial content, initial designs, and so much more. It just works. 

(let me be clear though, I do HIGHLY recommend rewriting most or all of the content eventually, changing the design a bit to make it unique, and adding your logo)

Lastly, just don't think because you have a Carrot site, motivated sellers are magically going to find it and give you their info. You still have to drive traffic to it, market yourself, market your business, look credible, get reviews, gain trust, etc.
