Is there any reason i shouldn't call on a preforclosure or foreclosures before the auctions
If you aren't experienced with those calls, you will get a lot of blowback, depending on where they are in the process and many calls will be fruitless if it's out of their hands and they owe too much. Early preforeclosures are not ready to admit they are even behind, they still think they can dig their way out and often times, all parties in the house don't even know about it. If the upset value is higher than the value, it isn't worth a call so you need to know what they owe for it to be worth a call. Also, many spots in between the real final word comes from the bank so a lot of these calls would be a waste in my opinion unless you really build a good list.
