Hey all! I am looking to owner occupy my next investment property with my wife. Looking for a 3-4 unit and value add! Ideally more than 2 bedrooms each unit. 145K buy box. Pre-approved and ready to go. I am a real estate agent. location: southern NH. Along 93 or 95 and in between. Thanks!

I was in Littleton last year (i know that's more north, I believe) to pickup a sander & was surprised by the appreciation.. but it's still a cool town.

Manchester is a nice city as well. I lived in Claremont for a year or so as a kid & would go there often.

Definitely can’t find a 3-4 unit anymore for $145K in the Littleton area. Possibly if you moved quickly on something still needing a rehab up around Berlin/Gorham area.

@Andrew Bosco I thought you meant total price of $145K! Definitely you can for $145K per unit! Sorry I misunderstood.
