Multi Family Target Market Info

New to bigger pockets courses, bootcamps, forms, everything! Im taking the multifamily boot camp and on the first module for "homework" you have to fill out a target market info sheet. Im having trouble finding rent projections for years to come. Would be very thankful for some help on finding those numbers. Thanks, A Newbie

    I'm not sure if there is a particular market you are looking at. Here is a midwest market you can use for Columbus OH with an article that credits a few sources. Not sure if that helps but we are in a very strong multifamily market from a development and sale perspective.
