Hello Everyone,  I target Assumable Loans and Seller Carry Multifamily properties.  I have access to some data that let's see some of the criteria I am after and it is OK but does anyone know if Crexi has good data?

Hi! I'm curious what everyone is paying for their Crexi subscription. Please let me know.

    Thanks!

I did get the subscription and it was $450 a month, but my contact at Crexi got me on for $300 a month.
I know tha sounds like alot, but I don't have to pay for my skiptracing, the off market leads are solid and it also has residential. So it made it worthwhile for me
