What about military?

I stumbled across a property recently, It's a four Plex located near a military base. The seller is listing it at the moment and currently has full occupancy. I wanted to know if anyone else has invested near a military base or has targeted military members for rental income or for anything else. I myself used to be in the military and I know how housing in the military works. I just don't hear a lot about people specifically, aiming to get military members as the people who rent their properties, thoughts?
