Apartment Complex Trash

Hello everyone!

This year has been an exciting one, I’ve been fortunate to keep growing my portfolio, and my business partner and I have jumped into some larger apartment complex deals that are going really well!

One ongoing challenge we’ve been running into, though, is trash around our dumpsters. We’ve had tenants and random people dumping garbage there, filling them up quickly, and leaving trash piled around them.

We’re planning to install a fenced enclosure with a keypad to secure access, but before we do, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any pro tips or secrets of the trade for keeping unauthorized people from using your dumpsters.
