Multi family deal!

I have bought SFH homes and also had experience with new construction. I'm going to look at my first multi family apartment complex with 20 units this weekend. They are not in the best shape from what I can see and what I have been told. What are the main things I need to look for when visiting the property that might cost me the most money in repairs??

@Mike Young Structural (roof, floors, etc.) Roofing, Plumbing (leaking, dripping) Ceilings (any water marks?) Faucets and fixtures (leaking) Tile (grout molded, loose tiles, etc.) Heating and Air Condition (do they work well, energy efficient, type) Noise between units. Appliances (in good working order) Countertops, Flooring, Windows, Doors, Locks, etc. 

Outside you want to look at siding or stucco for any issues, parking area, landscaping, sprinkler system, etc. Garagea/carports, etc. 

In other words, look at everything that could cost money and/or need to be replaced. Yu might want to have a home inspector go look for you.
