So the question stands... What is your biggest hurdle? Finding investors, deal flow, underwriting properly, stuck in analysis paralysis, credibility, or something else.

Networking and trusting others. Im a pretty independent, introverted guy so I don't like small talk or going to these networking groups. But, I understand how important it is to form relationships with like-minded people. Has always been my biggest hurdle.
