Funding Needed for Large Apartment Building

I'm looking to syndicate a deal with Joint Venture Partners to get into large undervalued apartment buildings(20 to 50 Units) with great rent potential & a decent Cap rate that can be quickly improved within the first year. Any advice for me? I appreciate being on this forum!

@Angelo Russell JV and Syndication are two totally different approaches. My advice - know the distinction between JV and syndication, understand the ins and outs of each, learn the lingo, etc. before going to raise money! :)

If a college basketball coach went to a recruits house and started talking about how amazing his touchdown pass was the night before, that coach would get no commits and quickly be out of a job!
