What's up BP fam!? I just relocated back to DFW, TX and looking to dive into the market here, ten toes down!! What's the market like here? Where are all the hot areas? How's property management around here, especially for those that have multifamilies. And are there any good REI associations in the area? Thanks!!

Market is still very hot here both SFH and MF. The best suggestion would be to search the forums as there is a lot of DFW postings and many are current up-to-date.
