Investors/ consultation wanted
Hello everyone, I am currently negotiating some land about 30 minutes outside of Charleston. I feel this would be a great spot for a mix of 2-4 plexes. I have plenty of experience managing developments but don't have access to the capital. I was wondering if anyone out there has interest in learning more about this potential opportunity.
