Biggest lesson you have learned so far? 🤔

My biggest lesson so far has been absolutely that if you want to be in this game for the long haul, once in a while you are going to get kicked around and that is part of the game! We can all get the glamorous benefits of owning investment real estate, but once in a while you will be mentally tested and you WILL figure it out and grow 🙂!

The sooner that you commit to never quitting, the faster you will grow my friends!

Have a kickass Monday!!!

That action is truly all that matters. Time can turn an okay deal in to a home run. I've done LOTS of okay deals, maybe never a home run deal, at least no "home run" deals at close, and they've all turned out to be somewhere on the scale of decent to amazing after five years.

The lesson is that running numbers based on your returns the first year will only keep you from achieving your goals. Gotta take action.
