Hey everyone!

Any advice or recommendation would be highly appreciated! I am a new agent in the Chicago market and I just filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy 4 months ago. Since my bankruptcy got discharged, I essentially have no big expenses outside of my $700 rent. I make $60k salary a year at my day job. I was looking to purchase my first property since i am able to look at soo many deals on the MLS. I was looking to see if there was a way for me to purchase my first property even though I just filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and my income is solid since I have essentially am able to save $3k net a month after paying my rent.

Hey @Jonathan Klemm, I appreciate it!

I'm looking to buy a 2-3 unit in south or west suburbs
