Owner Occupy Market for Young Family in Cleveland?
Currently owner occupying a duplex in Cincinnati, but contemplating a move to Cleveland for personal reasons. Would like to owner occupy a property again for 1-2 years. What markets are best/safe for young family that will also have strong future/current rental potential. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Parma and Fairview Park would be good for a dude who's wanting to send his kids to a halfway decent school. I grew up in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood in Cleveland but moved to Parma around 12 or 13 so parents could send us to a better school. All city of Cleveland schools are total trash. So even though Kamms Corners is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Cleveland you've still got complete trash schooling.
