IT Job course disclosures with questions like own rental, LLC, agent, side business

Hi,

I started working as consultant recently with IT company. I was asked to take course with lot of disclosures there. Some questions there like do you own rentals, do you have LLCs, are you active agent, do you have side business.  I never heard these types of questions in the past jobs. Does any one having these type of experiences and questions in the recent jobs, interviews, courses, disclosures. Also wording in course says  if answer to these questions it sounds like disqualification. Please advise
