Looking for RE groups near Stephenville, TX

My wife and I are in search of real estate groups near or around Stephenville, TX.

The reason we are in search of these groups is so we can begin networking and getting our name out there. We currently fix and flip in our local market and now we are looking into different funding options that could potentially help us scale at a faster rate. Our first few deals have been very successful and our local banks have been very helpful to an extent. The requirements and hoops we are having to jump through to acquire funding are making future deals harder to obtain.

I understand private money is a great option and we would love to form a relationship with a trusted private lender in our local area. The problem has been finding these lenders so we can sit down for a conversation.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
