I'm young and really interested into getting in real estate. It seems you need to find your niche and work that out if you want to be successful. My question is how can you find the investment strategy that fits the best with your personality type and goals?

If you own real estate could you tell me what investment strategy is your favorite and what drew you to that over other strategies.
