Renting out a House w/ Pool and Slide

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a home with a pool that has a built in waterfall and slide, with no fence around it. I’m trying to understand the potential liability risks especially with the slide and whether those risks are worth the rental value the pool adds. 

For those who rented out properties with a pool has it been more of a headache than benefit?
