Premium garage subscription

I have a single family house 3 bed 2 bath with attached garage I wanted to start renting out in the near future. 
I was thinking of adding a premium garage subscription that includes parking, push lawn mower, weed whacker, and a kayak. Anyone have a good or bad experience doing something like this?
