Questions on Foreclosure Propeties
Hello,
I’m new to this real estate investing. I did a successful 1031 transaction now I have the bug to try foreclosure property. Can anyone advise on where to look outside of foreclosure.com, realtors or county sales page? Also a referral for a site that checks the title, liens, and status of taxes on the property. Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.
