Commission when selling property in Florida

Dawn Harris
Posted

We have a townhome in Kissimmee, Florida. What is the ongoing commission for realtors selling in that area? We will be selling the property at a loss so want yo keep the losses to the minimum.

Maybe try using an FSBO sale first post it on Bigger Pockets, FB Marketplace, Craig's or internal board.
