If You Could Start Over, What’s One Thing You’d Stop Worrying About as a New Investor

Let’s look back for a second — what’s one thing you stressed over early on that turned out not to matter as much as you thought?

For me, I’ve seen new investors worry endlessly about “finding the perfect deal” or overanalyzing numbers before even getting started.
But the truth is, experience and partnerships often teach more than perfection ever could.

So, if you could go back and give your beginner self one piece of advice — what would it be?

Get your personal finances in order, know how much you can save, what your bills are each month.  Learn all you can on Bigger Pockets, make friends with someone in your area already doing what you're wanting to do, investigate multiple properties (BP calculators), and pick one.  Put in a fair offer, and be ready to learn.

There will be stress, but if you don't ever take the leap and do it, there will be stress from not doing it.
