Note buying
So I have a property where it would be a better win win for me and the seller if I try and just buy the note from the bank. It is a pretty big bank here in Wisconsin but it is still local. I am just trying to figure out what are the things I need to watch out for when buying a note and does any one know of any good books articles or anything that can help me with this topic. Thanks so much in advance.
