How Do You Provide Value?

There are many different ways to transact in the real estate market.  Across the different investing approaches I would love to hear how those here on bigger pockets provide value?  Whether a multi-family reposition where you are enhancing a community for tenants, or you are a wholesaler that brings to the table quality product, what does providing value mean to you?

For me, it's all about helping others.  The ability to provide a clean multi-family home for tenants, while simultaneously providing generous returns to investors.

I know that since purchasing my first property, I have been able to situate three-four tenants from an otherwise less savory rental property, myself included. I like to think that mattered and being able to live in a nicer place at a relatively affordable and competitive price generated some value for them. At least it certainly did for me.
