Investment property Equity loan or HELOC?

Hey people….anyone know where I can get a Home equity loan for rental property in Detroit?? HELOC?? Property owned free and clear. $50k loan amount

Tenant is moving out and I’d like to renovate so that I can get a higher rent rate, looking to get section 8 tenant  4bdrm  $1700  

Any advice or shared resource is welcomed!!! Thanks in advance.

Hey Kissu, I own 12-doors in Detroit so I have a pretty strong network there.

Shoot me the details of the house and I'll take a look. I have a lender I work with there that may be able to help.
