I have been seeing a lot more extensions from hard money lenders.. 

But in general, the toughest thing now is the appraisal coming in lower. This usually results in the borrower just doing a rate and term refinance or cashing out on the low end. I do anticipate more refinances this coming year since rates are looking favorable and so many balloon notes that have been on extension after extension will eventually need to be paid off.
