Mixed Use Commercial Loan

Hello, my partners and I are looking to purchase a mixed use property in Syracuse, NY.  The purchase price is $275,000 and contains 1 commercial space on the first floor (convenience store) and five apartment units on the second floor.  The property is currently 100% occupied.  This would be our first purchase of this type and we are looking for some lending options.  Any contacts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you!

likely going to be a bit too small ($ size) for most DSCR Lenders that do Mixed Use unfortunately
