Hello there,

we are under contract for a commercial condo unit which is operating as a bar/ hookah lounge and has 5 years lease just signed in July. We want to talk to lenders and who can get us better terms. We would also want to get some inputs and suggestions. Glad to connect and answer any questions.

A mixed use DSCR loan may be an option but I would need some additional details to see if it will fit into the box.
