Second home lending
So I’m having trouble getting lending for my second property. I house hacked my first house which is a duplex two years ago. I recently started a full commission job sixth months ago and have 25 thousand dollars saved for a down payment. I talked with a couple banks and they need 1 years worth of commission salary to be approved for another loan. Is there any way to get around this other than co signing. The pricing of housing in my area ranges from 90k-140k.
