I have a rental property that has no mortgage in Indiana. Im interested in getting a HELOC on the property in my LLC name. Does this exist as a product? Anyone have a lender that would do that?

Yes, I have a few of those. You'll have better luck reaching out to local or regional banks and credit unions in that market. They'll be looking at your DTI in order to qualify you, not just your equity.
