ISO PRIVATE LENDER
Successful Realtor here with 11 years in the market and many flips under my belt. Bulk of my cash funds are tied up in 3 recent purchases. Looking for private lender to do a few killer deals with that I have ran across. Every flip I have ever done, I have sold to a client before hitting the market or within one week. Last year I personally sold 102 houses, so yes I am a full time agent. Looking to do more flips in the metro Kansas City area, Leavenworth and Lansing KS to be exact. Possibly also looking for short term investor to finance a few rentals with quick pay off time frame. Can send financials.
