I searched the forums for hard money/crowd money for a Single Home that I want to buy in the SF Bay Area. Started to talk and apply for the loans, and getting quoted some rates from 9-11% with 2-3 points. 

Just wondering if anyone on here have good experience/recommendation on a private lender / hard money lender.
